If you would like to automatically block dates on a listing across all your connected channels (Airbnb, VRBO, Houfy) when you get a new reservation, you can enable availability syncing. Follow the steps below to enable availability syncing:

1. Click on your profile photo in the upper right hand corner. 
2. Click on "Settings".

3. Scroll down to find one of the listings you want to sync availability on and click the "Settings" button next to it.

4. Check the box next to "Sync Availability". 

5. Click "Save".
