What are message tags and how do I add them to my message?

Message tags allow you to insert variables like a guest’s name or their check-in date to help automated templates feel more personal. 

You can add tags within your message from the “Insert tags” drop down menu below the message box. Tags will automatically fill in information such as the guest’s name, check-in date, or the listing's address from each specific reservation.
